Looking back, it’s been a very busy year!  We’re proud of what we’ve accomplished so far, and are looking forward to what is coming in 2010. To better serve you, we’re currently hard at work on the next version of our core platform, among other things. This new platform will make it even easier for you to engage with your listeners online.

Some highlights from the past year include:

• Reporting to SoundExchange on behalf of stations
• Enhancing Composer Pro and launching Composer Basic
• Upgrading Public Arts
• Launching The Economy Section as part of the Economy Project Collaboration
• Providing data integration and support for the PRX Player and NPR News iPhone apps
• Upgrading the Public Events Calendar

We are excited to announce that the latest upgrade. New features and improvements, based on your feedback, are listed below.

New, improved templates with Google maps to show the location of your event venue; Add your event to your iCal; Automatically resizes image; Add This /Share This option allows you to easily share events via Facebook, Digg, email and more. Automatically Browse Categories bucket shows the six categories with the most events.

New RSS feed options for this week, specific date range, category, and more.

New export options for exporting venues and presenting organizations.

Improved venue management to reduce duplicate entries.

Copy Event option for quicker event entry. And More!
